Tending to the Garden of Our Mind with Jessica
Saturday, October 11 from 9:00am to 1:30pm
Cultivating Inner Peace and Uprooting Negativity
Join us for a meditative morning retreat that blends ancient Buddhist wisdom with the quiet joy of tending a garden—within the soil of your own mind.
Through guided meditations and gentle teachings, we’ll explore how to recognize and remove the mental “weeds” of anger, attachment, and ignorance, and plant seeds of peace, patience, compassion, and wisdom. By caring for our inner landscape in this way, we create space for clarity and joy to naturally grow.
This retreat offers:
• Clear and inspiring teachings for transforming harmful thoughts
• Guided meditations to calm the mind and deepen inner peace
• Light refreshments during the break
Perfect for both new and experienced meditators, this workshop is an opportunity to reconnect with your potential for peace and clarity, no matter the current state of your “inner garden.”
Let go of mental clutter, feel the sunlight of wisdom, and begin to grow the life you want from the inside out.
Everyone is welcome.
