Natick Community Education Class
January 20, 27 and February 3
Meditation, Patience & Buddhist Psychology
January 20, 27 and February 3 on Tuesdays, from 7-8pm
Patient acceptance is an inner strength that helps us grow through life’s challenges. Without it, even small difficulties can leave us feeling anxious, frustrated, or disconnected. When we understand the real meaning and power of patience, we can approach life’s ups and downs with greater confidence and peace.
In this series of classes, we’ll explore Buddhist teachings and guided meditations that help us cultivate genuine patience - strengthening our inner calm, emotional resilience, and ability to maintain harmony in our relationships.
Gen Khedrub, a western Buddhist monk for over 30 years and resident teacher at KMCB, will explain how anyone can begin a practice of meditation on their own and learn to improve their practice of patience.
Course Tuition: $60
