Launching this September in Boston’s Seaport, these weekly meditation classes explore simple Buddhist tools for creating more calm, clarity, resilience, and happiness in daily life.
Each class includes guided meditation, practical teachings, time to reflect and reset, and an opportunity to ask questions.
No need to be Buddhist. No previous experience needed. Everyone is welcome.
