Step beyond basic mindfulness and explore meditation practices that create lasting inner change.

This special two-part Sunday afternoon series explores deeper meditations that develop compassion, clarity, perspective, and inner strength.

Go beyond simply calming the mind. Learn practical contemplations that help reduce stress, shift unhelpful habits, and bring more meaning to daily life.

Suitable for both newer and more experienced meditators, including anyone curious about joining our Foundation Program study class.

Attend one session or both. Everyone is welcome.
