Downtown Events in Fall Term

Buddha’s timeless teachings on the Four Close Placements of Mindfulness—of body, feelings, mind, and phenomena—guide us toward a more peaceful, grounded, and aware way of being.

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel scattered, anxious, or trapped in unhelpful mental loops. In this special four-part series, we’ll explore practical methods for training the mind both in and out of meditation—learning to live with more balance, clarity, and compassion.

Each evening will include a talk, guided meditation, and time for discussion. You can register for an evening you wish, it is not necessary to make all four evenings.

Everyone is welcome.

The downtown meditation class is taking a short winter break and will be back soon. Stay tuned for upcoming dates and details. We look forward to meditating together again.

In the meantime, check out our other class locations!
