Change Your Mind, Change Your World

Saturday, August 29 - 3:30-5:00pm
with International Buddhist Teacher Kadam Morten

@ Renaissance Boston - Seaport (660 Congress Street)

Our experience of life depends largely on the state of our mind. When our mind is stressed, anxious, or depressed, even small problems can feel heavy. But when our mind is calm, clear, and positive, we naturally experience more confidence, balance, and happiness.

In this special afternoon event, visiting International Teacher Kadam Morten Clausen from New York City will share practical insights and guided meditations to help us transform the way we experience daily life.

With warmth, humor, and over 40 years of teaching experience, Kadam Morten presents timeless meditation methods in a way that is accessible, modern, and easy to apply.

Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Everyone is welcome.

Kadam Morten Clausen is the Eastern US National Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition and Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center New York City. For over 40 years he has been a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, who gave him the title “Kadam,” indicating he is a senior lay teacher of the New Kadampa Tradition.
