Learn simple meditations that function to make the mind peaceful, settled and clear. Gain experience of your potential for inner peace and clarity and leave with the ability to take these experiences into daily life. Perfect for busy people who want to learn the basics of meditation. Each class will include:

  • A short teaching on how to access more inner calm and kindness

  • A guided breathing meditation

  • ⁠Q&A time
