Healing Relationships: A meditation workshop

Saturday, December 13 - 10:00am to 12:30pm

Whether it’s a temporary falling out or a long-term breakdown in connection, relationship difficulties can leave us feeling hurt, angry, or stuck. In this workshop, we’ll explore how meditation and mindfulness can help us heal these wounds—both within ourselves and with others.

We all have an innate capacity for greater love, empathy, and acceptance than we may currently realize. Through the wisdom of Buddha’s teachings, we can learn practical methods to let go of painful emotions and resentments, and begin to rebuild our relationships on the foundation of compassion, understanding, and inner peace.

What to Expect:

  • Guided meditations to develop emotional clarity and inner calm

  • Practical teachings on letting go of hurt and resentment

  • Buddhist methods for cultivating love, empathy, and forgiveness

  • A supportive and welcoming environment

  • Light refreshments during the break

  • Suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators

This retreat offers a gentle and powerful approach to transforming your relationships from the inside out.

Everyone is welcome.

The teacher/s for this workshop is TBD, but will be taught at our Cambridge location. You can read more about them on our Teachers page
