A Life of Kindness: Becoming a Bodhisattva
Saturday, November 8 - 10:00am to 12:30pm
What if we chose to live not just for ourselves, but for the benefit of the whole world? By embracing a life of kindness, we can become a modern-day Bodhisattva—someone who, guided by universal compassion, dedicates their life to helping others find lasting happiness and freedom. This radical shift in perspective transforms our everyday actions into a powerful spiritual journey rooted in love, courage, and deep inner purpose.
Bodhisattvas understand that the most profound way to benefit others is by developing their own inner strength and wisdom. They focus on perfecting the six essential qualities—generosity, moral discipline, patience, joyful effort, concentration, and wisdom—until they reach enlightenment and can help others effortlessly, all the time.
Join us for this inspiring retreat where we will explore what it means to live with compassion, courage, and purpose.
What to Expect:
Guided meditations to cultivate compassion and inner peace
Teachings on the Bodhisattva path and the six perfections
Practical advice for applying these qualities in daily life
A warm, welcoming space for spiritual reflection
Light refreshments during the break
Suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators
This retreat offers a meaningful opportunity to connect with your heart’s potential and take a step toward living a truly compassionate life.
Everyone is welcome.
