Enjoy an oasis of peace in the middle of your day! Join us for a lunchtime experience that includes a guided meditation, a teaching that offers practical advice on how to find happiness and solve our daily problems.  A light and healthful vegetarian lunch will be available after the class. Everyone is welcome. Drop in to any class.
