Meditation is a mind that focuses on a virtuous, positive thought and a mental action that will cause us to experience inner peace in the future. Inner peace is the real source of happiness. If our mind is peaceful we shall be happy all the time. In these classes we will explore various minds including those of faith, love and consideration for others and learn how to integrate these minds into our meditations and daily life.
Beginners are always welcome; drop in to any class.
